Inta Bina Bags Construction Project Worth RM212.34 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 (Bernama) -- Inta Bina Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB) has accepted a letter of award (LoA) for a construction project worth RM212.34 million from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd.

The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the scope of work includes the construction of the main building as well as external works and mechanical and electrical works.

“The construction period shall be 36 months. The date of commencement and date of completion as per the LoA shall be Oct 7, 2025 and Oct 6, 2028 respectively,” it said.

IBSB berkata Sime Darby bercadang untuk membina satu blok kondominium yang terdiri daripada Anjung A (233 unit) dengan 30 tingkat dan Anjung B (247 unit) dengan 32 tingkat.

Bangunan tersebut akan dibina di atas lapan tingkat podium yang mengandungi tempat letak kereta dari aras bawah tanah lima hingga aras dua, dua tingkat kemudahan penduduk di atas tanah dan aras tiga, serta satu tingkat sub-basemen.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract,” it added.
