YTL Hospitality REIT's FY2025 Net Profit Falls To RM148.56 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, July 31 (Bernama) -- YTL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (YTL Hospitality REIT) posted a lower net profit of RM148.56 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 (FY2025), compared to RM178.0 million recorded in the previous year.

Revenue slipped to RM548.30 million from RM554.90 million previously.

For the fourth quarter (4Q), YTL Hospitality’s net profit fell to RM56.24 million from RM75.97 million in the same quarter last year, while revenue also declined to RM127.02 million from RM130.18 million.

YTL Hospitality REIT attributed the lower net profit in 4Q to reduced net fair value gain and unrealised foreign currency translation losses.

The dividend declared in respect of FY2025 amounted to 4.84 sen per share and will be paid on Aug 29, 2025.

On its prospects, the company said it anticipates the hospitality sector to maintain resilient growth in the regions where the group operates, driven by sustained demand.

“The group is actively managing its business portfolio and making strategic decisions to protect long-term growth, while ensuring sustainable value creation for its unitholders,” it said.
