FBM KLCI Futures Opens Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, July 7 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower today.

At 9.30 am, the July 2025 and September 2025 contracts dropped 9.0 points each to 1,540.5 and 1,519.5, August 2025 declined 8.5 points to 1,539.0, and December 2025 reduced 10 points to 1,517.50.

Turnover stood at 1,068 lots, with open interest at 32,956 contracts.

The underlying FBM KLCI fell 12.49 points to 1,537.60 after 49 minutes of trading compared to last Friday’s close of 1,550.19.
