FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trading

KUALA LUMPUR, April 15 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives was higher in the morning session today, mirroring the strength in the cash market.

At 9.17 am, April 2025 and May 2025 increased 6.0 points to 1,485.5 and 1,484.0 respectively. June 2025 and September 2025 improved 4.5 points each to 1,479.5 and 1,465.0.

Turnover stood at 1,402 lots, with open interest at 39,423 contracts.  

Meanwhile, the FBM KLCI advanced 6.44 points to 1,487.30 after 38 minutes of trading, compared with Monday’s close of 1,480.86.
