FBM KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 15 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher in early trade.

At 9.31 am, the November 2024 contract added 2.5 points to 1,601.0, December 2024 gained 5.0 points to 1,607.5, March 2025 put on 3.0 points to 1,594.0 and June 2025 climbed 1.0 points to 1,600.0.

Turnover amounted to 1,151 lots, with open interest at 34,287 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI was 0.97 of-a-point lower at 1,599.71 from yesterday’s close of 1,600.68 after 50 minutes of trading.
