JEDDAH, May 20 (Bernama-SPA) -- Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha strongly condemned the attack targeting the Islamic Centre of San Diego, which resulted in the deaths of innocent people, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Taha affirmed that this hate crime serves as a stark warning of the grave dangers posed by Islamophobia and the growing hatred against Muslims.
He stressed that the spread of extremist and anti-Muslim content on social media platforms contributes to the radicalisation of youth and incites violence.
He extended his deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
