MOTO3: HAKIM DANISH EARNS THREE POINTS AT SPANISH GP

KUALA LUMPUR, April 26 (Bernama) -- Malaysian young rider Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli finished 13th in the Moto3 race of the 2026 Motorcycle World Championship (MotoGP) Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuito de Jerez today.

Starting from 10th on the grid, the AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI rider pushed to challenge the front group, completing the 19-lap race on the 4.42-kilometre circuit with a time gap of +12.584 seconds behind race winner Maximo Quiles of CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team.

Quiles clocked 33 minutes 23.55 seconds, finishing ahead of Leopard Racing’s Adrian Fernandez, who settled for second place, trailing by +1.991 seconds.

Meanwhile, Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider David Munoz completed the podium in third place (+2.009 seconds).

The result sees Quiles maintain the championship lead with 90 points, followed by Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Alvaro Carpe (53 points) and Fernandez (49 points), while Hakim Danish collected three valuable points from the Spanish GP to bring his total tally to 12 points so far.
