KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 (Bernama) -- Immigration FC will use the Tuanku Syed Putra Stadium in Kangar as their new home ground for the remainder of the 2025-2026 Malaysia League (M-League) matches, effective immediately.
The team had previously used the Penang State Stadium in Batu Kawan as its home base.
This was confirmed by the Malaysian Football League (MFL) in a statement uploaded to Facebook today.
"Immigration FC applied for this change of venue and the MFL approved it after conducting a venue inspection on Feb 4. This is because the original venue can no longer hold night matches,” it added.
Meanwhile, the MFL said that all Kelantan FC's home matches during this Ramadan month will be played at the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium in Selangor, instead of the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium in Kota Bharu.
"This is due to the Kelantan State Gazette, which has stipulated that no sports or entertainment activities are allowed in the state throughout the Ramadan month,” it added.
