HELICOPTER CARRYING 3 GOES MISSING NEAR MT. ASO SUMMIT IN SOUTHWEST JAPAN

KUMAMOTO (Japan), Jan 20 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- A helicopter went missing around noon Tuesday near the summit of Mt. Aso in the southwestern Japan prefecture of Kumamoto, Kyodo news reported a local tourist facility and other sources said.

Two passengers from Taiwan and a pilot were believed to be aboard the helicopter, it reported.
