KUALA LUMPUR, June 23 (Bernama) -- Tigo Energy Inc (Tigo), an intelligent solar and energy software solutions provider, has announced its participation in the ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week 2025, sharing a trade show booth with BayWa r.e. from July 2 to 4, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
Tigo Chief Growth and Revenue Officer, Jing Tian said the company’s collaboration with BayWa r.e. exemplifies how global partnerships drive innovation and quality in the solar industry.
“In regions with intense solar exposure, our TS4-X solutions and Green Glove programme contribute to improved efficiency and long-term reliability,” she said in a statement.
Meanwhile, BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Managing Director, Junrhey Castro said BayWa r.e. emphasised the importance of integrating high-quality, smart solar technologies in Thailand’s rapidly growing rooftop solar market.
“We are committed to supporting safer, high-performance systems through innovative solutions like Tigo’s,” said Castro.
At the trade show, Tigo will focus on supporting commercial and industrial (C&I) solar installers and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) specialists as enforcement of new rapid shutdown requirements begins, deploying high-wattage modules in high-irradiance regions, and ensuring Total Quality Solar through its service programmes.
The company will also highlight solutions tailored for high-irradiance environments—common in Southeast Asia—focusing on its TS4-X family of Module-Level Power Electronics (MLPE) devices. The TS4-X line offers advanced safety, optimisation, and monitoring capabilities for high-wattage and bifacial solar modules.
Designed for simplicity and cost-effectiveness, these devices reduce installation time and labour costs with a bolt-free design and compatibility with a wide range of inverters. These features help drive down the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) while ensuring high system performance and flexibility.
Visitors to the BayWa r.e. booth can also learn about Tigo’s Green Glove programme, a premium service initiative aimed at supporting C&I solar installers before, during, and after system deployment. The programme enhances the installation experience and helps maintain high standards across the solar value chain.
