MINA, June 6 (Bernama-SPA) -- The Grand Mosque witnessed a significant influx of pilgrims on Friday as they arrived to perform Tawaf al-Ifadah following the stoning of Jamrat al-Aqabah in Mina, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, working in close coordination with relevant authorities, has meticulously managed crowd movement within the Mataf (circumambulation area).
In addition to crowd control, comprehensive services have been intensified to ensurethe well-being of pilgrims, including rigorous cleaning and sterilisation efforts, provision of multi-language guidance and counselling services, and 24-hour emergency and ambulance services.
