MADINAH, May 13 (Bernama-SPA) -- The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque on Monday launched a multi-pillar operational plan for the Prophet’s Mosque during the 1446 AH Hajj season, aimed at promoting moderation and conveying the humanitarian message of pilgrimage.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the plan encompasses 100 enriching awareness initiatives and five smart enrichment pathways to enhance the digital experience for Hajj pilgrims.
Additionally, it features 20 enriching pathways covering seven religious specialities, designed to convey the message of Hajj to the world in multiple languages, while supporting the Prophet's Mosque's message of moderation and balance.
The plan is built on three main pillars. First, it leverages the sanctity of the Hajj time by emphasising the significance of the Hajj pilgrimage and its global message of moderation.
Second, it enhances the sanctity of place by sharing the guidance of the Holy Mosques with the world. Finally, it provides a rich spiritual experience focused on quality, excellence, and innovation within a structured framework.
These efforts aim to align with the moderate message of Hajj and its global impact.
In his speech during the launch of the plan, Head of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Abdulrahman Al-Sudais affirmed that the Prophet Mosque’s religious affairs agency has dedicated all its resources to serve the Hajj pilgrims and ensure a unique spiritual experience.
He added that the plan will leverage digital transformation tools and artificial intelligence to reduce barriers of time and space and to convey the moderate and humanitarian message of Hajj to the world in various languages.
