KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 (Bernama) -- Former Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Bhd (CGC) chief financial officer Nurul Amni Mohd Amin has been appointed as KPJ Healthcare Bhd (KPJ Healthcare) Chief Strategy, Foresight and Transformation Officer (CSFTO), further strengthening the group’s strategic leadership capabilities as it continues to advance the KPJ Health System and drive its long-term growth agenda.
In a statement issued today, KPJ Healthcare said that as CSFTO, Nurul Amni will spearhead the group’s strategy, foresight and transformation functions, with a focus on enhancing strategic execution, strengthening organisational performance and accelerating the implementation of transformation initiatives across the healthcare group.
The appointment reflects KPJ Healthcare’s continued commitment to building a future-ready organisation while reinforcing sustainable growth and operational excellence across its network.
It said that prior to joining KPJ Healthcare, Nurul Amni held a range of leadership positions focused on organisational performance, transformation and strategic execution.
“Nurul Amni brings more than two decades of experience in strategy, transformation, governance and performance management across leading Malaysian institutions, including CGC, Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), Danajamin Nasional Bhd and Khazanah Nasional Bhd.
“Throughout her career, she has led initiatives spanning strategic planning, organisational transformation, operational excellence and long-term value creation. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of CGC, where her portfolio extended beyond finance to include strategy, programme management and operational excellence,” the statement read.
According to KPJ Healthcare, Nurul Amni is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
Her appointment reflects KPJ Healthcare’s continued focus on building leadership capabilities that support strategic execution, organisational transformation and long-term sustainability, in line with the group’s ‘Care for Life’ purpose.
Meanwhile, KPJ Healthcare president and managing director Chin Keat Chyuan, in the statement, said Nurul Amni brings extensive experience in strategy, governance and organisational transformation, with a strong track record in driving strategic execution across complex organisations.
