In a statement, the information and communication technology (ICT) service and talent management company said it will continue to scale its technological initiatives across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud-managed services, capitalising on the growing adoption of digital solutions within the government and private sectors.

“These initiatives are aimed at accelerating the integration of advanced cloud and AI capabilities within organisations, reinforcing Awantec’s position as a trusted partner in Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda,” it said.

Awantec group chief executive officer Azizah Ali said, with its resilient balance sheet, strong technical capabilities, and continued focus on high-growth digital technology segments, the group is confident in its ability to sustain operational momentum and deliver long-term value creation.

The company's financial year-end has been changed from June 30 to Dec 31 as announced on Oct 16, 2025.
