Negeri Sembilan Administration Issue: Any Developments Will Be Announced In Due Course - PM Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said any developments concerning the administration of the Negeri Sembilan State Government will be announced in due course.

“We will announce it later,” the Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman told reporters after launching the Huawei AI Lab and Innovation Centre here today.

Earlier, UMNO president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he would meet Anwar soon to discuss the matter.

Ahmad Zahid, who is also Deputy Prime Minister, said the meeting will, among other things, discuss the action of 14 Barisan Nasional (BN) state assemblymen who withdrew their support for the state government led by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.

Negeri Sembilan UMNO chief Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias said all 14 Negeri Sembilan assemblymen unanimously withdrew their support for the state government led by Aminuddin, citing an ongoing leadership crisis.
