PUTRAJAYA, April 21 (Bernama) -- A total of 105 healthcare workers have been given acting appointments, while 38 have been promoted to Public Sector Senior Management (JUSA) grade, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said in a statement today.
The ministry said the recognition was based on their performance, dedication and significant contributions to the national healthcare service.
The exercise involves various service schemes and is being carried out in phases, based on vacancies and service needs.
The move is in line with efforts to strengthen organisational leadership to ensure the delivery of healthcare services remains efficient and effective.
The MOH said the recognition also reflects its commitment to providing a transparent, merit-based career pathway.
“We will continue to improve existing measures to ensure the welfare and professional development of our workforce are given due attention,” the ministry said.
