KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today, in sync with the underlying cash market.

At the close, the March 2026 contract added 11 points to 1,716.0, April 2026 gained 10.5 points to 1,717.5, June 2026 rose 10 points to 1,714.5, and September 2026 increased 12.5 points to 1,696.5.

Turnover surged to 19,617 lots from 9,667 lots yesterday, while open interest climbed to 52,401 contracts from 42,750 contracts previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 7.92 points or 0.46 per cent to 1,716.68 from Tuesday’s close of 1,708.76.
