PUTRAJAYA, Feb 27 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) has announced the appointment of Mohd Hadzmir Yusoff as its new director-general, effective from Feb 11.
He replaces Datuk Sazali Harun, who has reached mandatory retirement age.
The MHA said in a statement today that the appointment aims to ensure the continuity of leadership and the continued role of MHA as the regulatory body for the country's toll highway industry, in line with the civil service reform agenda and aspirations of Malaysia MADANI.
"The MHA expresses its highest appreciation and gratitude to Datuk Sazali for his service and contributions throughout his tenure,” it added.
