KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 (Bernama) -- Renowned contemporary nasyid group Inteam took audiences on a nostalgic journey spanning a quarter-century through the 25-Year Nur Kasih Concert at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, on Sunday night.

Inteam, comprising Mohd Syahril Abdul Khalid (Syah), Muhammad Hazamin Harun (Hazamin), Hisyam Ahmad (Hisyam) and Abdul Rahim Osman (Rahim), treated fans to more than 25 songs over nearly three hours, blending new compositions with classic hits that had the audience singing along and reliving memories from the early millennium to the present.

Following the success of last year’s concert, the show was carefully crafted with a mix of spiritual, humanitarian and entertainment segments, guiding the audience through two decades of Inteam’s musical evolution and creating moments of nostalgia and celebration.

Rahim described the concert as a landmark moment for the group, who had never before imagined performing at Axiata Arena, a stage synonymous with major music events.

“We never thought we would be able to perform at Axiata Arena. We are thankful for this opportunity, and Feb 1, 2026, will forever be a cherished memory for us,” he added.

The concert began with a spirited lineup of favourites including Dia Muhammad, Kasih Kekasih and Siti Khadijah, engaging the crowd from the first note, then moved into reflective pieces such as Bisikan Nurani, Rabiatul Adawiyah and Mulakan Hari Ini, creating a moving and heartfelt ambience in the hall.

One of the concert’s most poignant moments came during the humanitarian segment, when the audio of The Voice of Hind Rajab—the real voice of a child from Gaza amid the ongoing conflict—was played. The powerful recording left the audience in solemn reflection and visibly moved, while reinforcing Inteam’s enduring message of compassion and global solidarity.

Showcasing strong and consistent vocals, all four Inteam members maintained remarkable stamina throughout the concert, particularly during live rap segments and high notes, keeping the audience engaged and visibly thrilled throughout the performance.

A standout highlight of the night was the presence of music legend M. Nasir, who joined Inteam for Perjalanan 2 and Bonda, adding both emotional resonance and symbolic weight to the celebration of the group’s 25-year artistic journey.
