Pahang Sultan, Tengku Ampuan Call On Muslims To Commemorate Events Of Israk, Mikraj

KUANTAN, Jan 17 (Bernama) -- The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, and Tengku Ampuan Pahang Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, called on all Muslims, especially in the state, to commemorate the events of Israk and Mikraj. 

Their Royal Highnesses also urged Muslims to take the occasion as a profound reminder of the greatness of Allah SWT, as well as the central importance of prayer as the foundation in shaping the character and faith of a true believer.

“This great event reminds us that spiritual strength, sincerity in worship and noble morals are the pillars of personal well-being, family harmony and community development.

“Through this commemoration, Muslims are encouraged to continuously strengthen their faith, preserve unity and perform their duties responsibly,” they said in a post on the Pahang Sultanate’s official Facebook page.

Their Royal Highnesses said that the observance of Israk and Mikraj should serve as a catalyst for a life that is more pleasing to Allah SWT, while also bringing blessings and lasting prosperity to the state and the entire ummah.
