KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8 (Bernama) -- S P Setia Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd has entered a joint venture (JV) with property investment company Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd to develop a 45.73-hectare (113-acre) residential development.
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 (Bernama) -- SP Setia Bhd has appointed Tan Hwa Min as deputy chief executive officer (CEO) (effective Nov 17), and Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus as chief operating officer (COO), (effective Oct 1), following the appointment of Datuk Zaini Yusoff as president and CEO (effective Oct 1).
GEORGE TOWN, March 3 (Bernama) -- The Penang Development Corporation (PDC) has partnered with SP Setia Bhd to develop an industrial park in Bandar Setia Fontaines, Bertam near here with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2 billion to RM1.6 billion.
