KUALA LUMPUR, May 28 (Bernama) -- The implications will be enormously positive for Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd (PCG) if Petronas eventually seek full integration of Pengerang Petrochemical Co Sdn Bhd (PPC), as PPC is expected to continue delivering large losses for PCG.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 (Bernama) -- Petroliam Nasional Bhd’s (Petronas) move to assume full ownership of the Pengerang Integrated Complex’s refining and petrochemical operations from Saudi Aramco could further cement Malaysia’s longer-term ambition of positioning Pengerang as a major regional hub for refining, storage, petrochemicals and trading.
KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 (Bernama) -- Petronas announced today that its subsidiary, Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd, is set to acquire the stake held by Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) in Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd and Pengerang Petrochemical Company Sdn Bhd (PRefChem), located within the Pengerang Integrated Complex, Pengerang, Johor.
KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 (Bernama) -- Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) today announced the signing of an agreement for the transfer of the latter’s equity stakes, held via Aramco Overseas Company B.V., in Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd and Pengerang Petrochemical Company Sdn Bhd (collectively, PRefChem), located within the Pengerang Integrated Complex, Pengerang, Johor to Petronas.
