KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 (Bernama) -- The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) today announced the extension of its unconditional voluntary take-over offer for the remaining shares in FGV Holdings Bhd, giving 5 pm, Friday, Aug 15, 2025, as its second and final closing date for acceptances.
