KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 (Bernama) -- The Financial Market Ombudsman Service (FMOS) has received 3,253 complaints, with 2,268 disputes successfully resolved through mediation and adjudication since it began operations on Jan 17, 2025.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 (Bernama) -- The Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) and Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (SIDREC) are in the final process of merger completion towards the full operation of the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS) by 2025, according to Deputy Finance Minister Lim Hui Ying.
