GEORGE TOWN, Nov 3 (Bernama) -- ASEAN member states must strengthen the region’s intellectual property (IP) ecosystem by fostering awareness and developing procedures that support micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), said Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (MyIPO) chairman Riduan Rubin.
