KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 (Bernama) -- The Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act 2026 (HPAA) continues to allow hire-purchase providers to offer both fixed-rate and variable-rate loans, said Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
