LABUAN, March 21 (Bernama) -- The proposed Labuan’s Phase 1 Waterfront development is set to drive economic growth and provide significant spillover benefits to the island, according to Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Assoc Prof Dr Romzi Ationg.
