KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- Malaysia plans to introduce a robust regulatory framework in parliament by November with the aim of establishing Malaysia as a global carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) hub, said Minister of Economy Mohd Rafizi Ramli.
