KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 12 (Bernama) -- The local rubber market is expected to trade sideways with a downward bias next week influenced by the escalating Red Sea crisis and the European Commission's (EC) proposal for a year-long delay to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), said industry expert Denis Low.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- Crude palm oil (CPO) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives extended their decline on Wednesday due to profit-taking ahead of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board’s (MPOB) September 2024 data due tomorrow, said a trader.
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8 (Bernama) -- The average rent in Malaysia rose 3.9 per cent to RM1,995 in the second quarter (2Q 2024) compared to 1Q 2024, and 2.9 per cent from 2Q 2023, according to IQI Malaysia Home Rental Index report for 2Q 2024, released by Juwai IQI.
