Fushi Fynix, PlayMade Win Dual Bronze At MARKies Awards Singapore 2026

KUALA LUMPUR, May 18 (Bernama) -- Fynix, a brand under Fushi Tech, and PlayMade won two Bronze awards at the MARKies Awards Singapore 2026 for their jointly developed membership and customer engagement system.

The companies received the awards in the Most Effective Use – Mobile and Most Effective Use – Zero-Party Data categories, recognising their data-driven marketing and mobile customer engagement capabilities.

According to a statement, the awards were presented at the MARKies Awards Singapore 2026, held on April 29 and organised by MARKETING INTERACTIVE.

The winning entries centred on a customised customer relationship management (CRM) solution developed by Fynix for PlayMade.

Fushi Tech Vice President, Johnson Tan said the platform was designed to simplify business operations while helping merchants improve customer engagement through integrated data and AI capabilities.

Fynix developed a dedicated mobile application for PlayMade incorporating ordering, loyalty programmes and promotional functions, alongside artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features enabling personalised recommendations and natural language interactions.

On the merchant side, PlayMade leverages the Fynix CRM backend to power smarter membership management, automated marketing, user analytics, and loyalty programmes.

Together, these capabilities form a complete customer growth loop — driving efficiency and business performance through refined customer operations and marketing automation.
