Fima Corp's Unit Bags Three Contracts From MOE Worth RM197.09 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 (Bernama) -- Manufacturing, plantation and property management company, Fima Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd (PKN) has accepted three letters of acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Education (MOE) worth RM197.09 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the LOA is for printing and supply of confidential documents across three separate tender parcels. 

“The contract shall be for a period of 60 months commencing from May 15, 2026 and expiring on May 14, 2031.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the future consolidated earnings and net assets of Fima Corp Group over the period,” it added.
