Destini Unit Secures Tubular Running Services Contract From Petronas Carigali

KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 (Bernama) -- Destini Bhd’s unit, Destini Oil Services Sdn Bhd (DOS), has secured a significant contract from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) for tubular running services (TRS).

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, Destini said the contract tenure is five years, commencing on March 30, 2026 and ending on March 29, 2031. The contract value will be based on release orders issued by PCSB throughout the contract term.

“This award comes at a critical time for the energy sector. As global markets face heightened volatility due to the ongoing energy crisis in West Asia, maintaining stable domestic production is more vital than ever.

“By securing this five-year contract, Destini reinforces its role in ensuring that upstream operations in Malaysia remain resilient,” it said.

Destini said the award of this contract significantly strengthens the group’s order book, providing long-term revenue visibility through 2031.

Operationally, the five-year duration allows DOS to optimise its resource deployment and leverage its established local infrastructure to drive cost-efficiencies for the client, the company said.
