KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, April 23 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Thursday.

At 9.27 am, the April 2026 contract rose 1.5 points to 1,713.50, May 2026 gained 1.5 points to 1,714.50, June 2026 added 3.5 points to 1,715.50, and September 2026 increased 4.0 points to 1,695.50.

Turnover stood at 1,254 lots, while open interest was at 34,133 contracts.

After 34 minutes of trading, the FBM KLCI was up 6.41 points at 1,716.80, from Wednesday’s close of 1,710.39.
