Malaysia Airlines Receives New Boeing 737-8, First Arrival of The Year
KUALA LUMPUR, April 9 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Airlines Bhd has received its 15th Boeing 737-8, the first arrival of the year, which officially landed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) last night.
The airline said the arrival of the new aircraft marked another step forward in its ongoing fleet expansion.
“This latest addition reflects our continued commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering a more seamless, comfortable journey for our passengers,” it said in its official X account here tonight.
The aircraft was flown home by Captain Reza Abdul Rahim, Captain Megat Mohd Yasser Mohd Yusoff, Captain Mohamad Shazreen Sazali, First Officer Meor Muhamad Arif Meor Mohd Mahazir and First Officer Aidid Azizul Hashim, whose dedication ensured a safe and smooth arrival into Malaysian skies, said the airline.
