KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, March 18 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today in sync with the underlying cash market.

At the close, the March 2026 contract rose 19.0 points to 1,732.0, April 2026 and June 2026 added 19.5 points each to 1,733.0 and 1,731.0, respectively, and September 2026 increased 20.5 points to 1,712.0.

Turnover advanced to 7,688 lots from 7,463 on Tuesday, while open interest slipped to 40,404 contracts from 40,728 previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 18.82 points or 1.10 per cent to 1,729.81 from yesterday’s close of 1,710.99.
