Kerjaya Prospek's Unit Secures RM502.3 Mln Reclamation, Dredging Contract

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Future Rock Sdn Bhd (FRSB), has secured a RM502.27 million contract for the execution and completion of reclamation and dredging works for the Seri Tanjung Pinang (Phase 2B and 2C) Development (STP2) from Tanjung Pinang Development Sdn Bhd.

Tanjung Pinang Development is a subsidiary of Eastern and Oriental Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kerjaya Prospek said the contract will commence on March 11, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on or before March 31, 2029.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional revenue stream for the group over the next three years and will further enhance its existing order book,” it said.

The contract is also expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 2026 to 2029.
