KLCI Futures Opens Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Thursday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At 9.17 am, February 2026 and June 2026 both rose 11 points to 1,751.50 and 1,736.0, respectively, while March 2026 and September 2026 each gained 10.5 points to 1,731.0 and 1,723.0, respectively.

Turnover stood at 1,493 lots, with open interest at 38,952 contracts.

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) advanced 6.97 points to 1,748.23 after 35 minutes of trading compared with Monday’s close of 1,741.26.
