KLCI Futures Open Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Tuesday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At 10.20 am, the February contract gained 14.0 points to 1,751.50, March 2026 added 14.5 points to 1,730.0, June 2026 advanced 18.5 points to 1,737.0, and September 2026 improved 5.50 points to 1,724.0.

Turnover totalled 3,772 lots, with open interest at 39,948 contracts.

By 10.41 am, the FBM KLCI index was up 4.27 points at 1,745.15, after opening 15.21 points higher at 1,756.09, compared with last Friday’s close of 1,740.88.
