Eco Business Park 8 First Look Signals New Industrial Opportunities In JS-SEZ

JOHOR BAHRU, Jan 30 (Bernama) --  Eco Business Park 8 (EBP8) today hosted its “Eco Business Park 8 First Look” event at the EcoWorld Sales Gallery in Eco Business Park II (EBPII), offering businesses and stakeholders an exclusive preview of the latest industrial development strategically located within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

The listed property developer said in a statement today that the programme highlighted EBP8’s role as a key growth catalyst within the JS-SEZ, a transformative cross-border initiative aimed at strengthening regional connectivity, deepening Johor-Singapore economic integration and attracting high-value investments across ASEAN.

Eco World Development Group Bhd said that with increasing emphasis on advanced manufacturing, technology-driven industries and resilient supply chains, the JS-SEZ is widely regarded as one of the region’s next major growth engines.

EcoWorld deputy chief executive officer Liew Tian Xiong said EBP8 has been thoughtfully planned to capitalise on the strong momentum of the JS-SEZ, offering businesses a strategic platform amid a rapidly evolving regional economy.

Besides that, attendees were also be given an exclusive preview of EBP8’s master planning, business-ready infrastructure and sustainability-driven design, underscoring its readiness to support high-growth industries in line with the JS-SEZ agenda.
