LGMS To Transfer Listing To Main Market On Jan 22

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- LGMS Bhd is set to transfer its listing on Bursa Malaysia from the ACE Market to the Main Market on Jan 22, 2026.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it owned a total of 456 million issued shares with a total issued share capital of RM66.25 million.

LGMS operates in the technology sector under the digital services sub-sector, and the transfer of listing does not involve the transfer of other types of securities.
