KLCI Futures Open Mostly Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts were mostly lower in early trade today.

At 9.25 am, the December 2025 contract fell 4.0 points to 1,672.0, January 2026 declined 3.5 points to 1,676.5, March 2026 lost 3.0 points to 1,661.5, while June 2026 was unchanged at 1,664.5.

Turnover was at 2,846 lots, with open interest at 49,441 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI fell 4.64 points to 1,678.38 after 44 minutes of trading, compared to Monday’s close of 1,680.99.
