Multiplex Property Group Unveils New Headquarters, Soft Launches Alamanda Heights Residence
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 (Bernama) -- Multiplex Property Group strengthened its operational presence with the opening of its new headquarters in Taman Bukit Serdang, Selangor, alongside the soft launch of its latest residential development, Alamanda Heights Residence.
The ceremony was officiated by Transport Minister Anthony Loke, who praised the group for its commitment to urban development and sustainable community building in Selangor, while also emphasising the importance of quality housing developments in supporting the state’s dynamic urban ecosystem.
Multiplex Property Group Chairman Datuk Adam Lee said the occasions marked significant milestones in the company's corporate development.
“Today officially marks a new chapter for Multiplex as we strengthen our operations with a new headquarters while introducing Alamanda Heights Residence to the public.
“This development reflects our vision of delivering homes that combine strategic location, modern design and long-term value,” he said in a statement today.
Lee added that with construction progressing smoothly, Alamanda Heights Residence is expected to become a new landmark and benchmark for modern urban living in Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan.
According to the group, the decision to base its headquarters in Taman Bukit Serdang reflects its long-term commitment to strengthening project delivery, improving internal coordination and enhancing service efficiency for all stakeholders.
The newly-opened headquarters will serve as the group’s primary administrative and operational centre, as well as the core operations hub supporting Alamanda Heights Residence, ongoing development projects and a series of upcoming high-rise and landed developments.
The ceremony also showcased Alamanda Heights Residence, a freehold 36-storey residential condominium comprising 440 units, including 114 Type A units measuring 1,050 square feet (sq ft), 238 Type B units at 971 sq ft and 88 RSKU units of 900 sq ft.
Strategically located near established amenities and major highways, the development is currently at the piling stage and is expectd to be completed within three years.
