Multiplex Property Opens New HQ, Soft Launches Alamanda Heights Residence

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 (Bernama) -- Multiplex Property Group has opened its new headquarters in Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, concurrently with the soft launch of its freehold 36-storey condominium project, Alamanda Heights Residence.

In a statement today, it said the ceremony was officiated by Transport Minister Anthony Loke, who praised Multiplex Property for its commitment to urban development and sustainable community building in Selangor.

The new headquarters, which obtained its Certificate of Completion and Compliance in 2019, will serve as the Multiplex Property’s primary administrative and operational centre, supporting its ongoing and upcoming development projects, the group said.

“The selection of Taman Bukit Serdang as the headquarters location reflects Multiplex Property’s long- term commitment to strengthening project delivery, improving internal coordination and enhancing service efficiency for all stakeholders,” it said.

On the Alamanda Heights project, Multiplex Property chairman Datuk Adam Lee said the development reflects the group’s vision of delivering homes that combine strategic location, modern design and long-term value.

He added that with construction progressing smoothly, Alamanda Heights is expected to become a new benchmark for modern urban living in Taman Bukit Serdang.

Alamanda Heights, targeted for completion within three years, will have a total of 440 units, including 88 Rumah Selangorku units.
