Learning Tree International AI Workforce Solutions Boost Enterprise Readiness

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 12 (Bernama) -- Learning Tree International, a technology training solutions provider, has launched its AI Workforce Solutions, a modular programme designed to help organisations navigate the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution.

Built around a three-tier AI Maturity Framework, the programme supports organisations at every stage of AI integration, namely AI Readiness, AI Enablement and AI Adoption.

AI Readiness develops baseline knowledge and confidence in AI concepts; AI Enablement emphasises applying AI tools in daily workflows; and AI Adoption ensures AI is embedded at scale across systems, processes, and decision-making.

Learning Tree International chief executive officer, David Brown said the initiative helps organisations turn AI disruption into opportunity.

“Our mission is to build AI-ready workforces that drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth,” he added in a statement.

Learning Tree’s AI Workforce Solutions go beyond information technology and data science teams, extending to business users, project managers, human resources leaders, finance professionals, and executives who increasingly rely on AI in their daily decision-making.

Designed to bridge technical expertise with strategic business roles to ensure AI value is realised across the enterprise, the programme bridges technical skills and strategic business needs, ensuring that AI delivers measurable impact.

Curriculum content covers real-world use cases, such as customer service automation, human resources optimisation, and data analysis enhancement, while addressing widely adopted AI platforms and tools to ensure learners apply these solutions in workplace contexts effectively.

Learning Tree has also introduced an AI Leadership Program to prepare executives and managers for responsible AI adoption. In addition, the company continues to strengthen its compliance training portfolio with new offerings to meet evolving regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
