FBM KLCI Futures Close Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 10 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed higher today.

At the close, the December 2025 contract gained one point to 1,612.0, January 2026 added 1.5 points to 1,615.5, March 2026 edged up half-a-point to 1,598.0, and June 2026 climbed 3.5 points to 1,604.5.

Turnover shrank to 5,805 lots from 8,110 lots on Tuesday, while open interest slid to 42,312 contracts versus 43,727 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI eased 3.17 points, or 0.20 per cent, to 1,611.00 from Tuesday’s close of 1,614.17.
