KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 9 (Bernama) -- PJBumi Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, PJBumi Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM23.46 million design-and-build contract for an industrial development in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the company said its subsidiary, as the contractor, has accepted the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the design-and-build contract following its tender submission on Dec 6, 2025.

The contract, based on the Public Works Department design-and-build form, covers 22 one-and-a-half-storey terraced industrial units on Lot PT 60594, Mukim Sungai Petani, in the Kuala Muda district.

PJBumi said the award is expected to contribute positively to earnings and net assets per share from the financial year ending June 30, 2026, onwards.
