Tanco Subsidiaries in Smart AI Container Port Project In Port Dickson

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 (Bernama) -- Tanco Holdings Bhd’s subsidiaries Midports Holdings Sdn Bhd (MHSB) and MBINS Ventures Sdn Bhd (MVSB) have received the signed heads of agreement (HoAs) with Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Pemerbadanan) (MBINS) to develop a smart AI container port on 72.84 hectares of submerged land in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

The company said in a Bursa Malaysia filing that the HoAs enable Tanco and its subsidiaries to jointly develop and operate the project with MBINS, introducing a smart AI container port to Negeri Sembilan.

The project is expected to contribute to the economic growth of Negeri Sembilan while enhancing the group’s business activities and revenue sources.

The HoA has a tenure of 98 years, commencing once the land title is issued by the relevant state authorities and transferred to MVSB.
