Huayan Robotics To Showcase Next-Gen Collaborative Solutions At METALEX 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Huayan Robotics, an established innovator in collaborative robotic technology, will showcase its latest industrial automation solutions at METALEX 2025, Southeast Asia’s premier metalworking and machine tool exhibition, from Nov 19 to 22 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC).

The company will present advancements in high-speed loading and unloading, intelligent welding, and flexible drag-teaching technologies, underscoring its commitment to efficient and precise automation.

“Huayan Robotics remains dedicated to delivering intelligent, dependable, and user-friendly robotic solutions to the global market, where industrial automation keeps evolving.

“METALEX 2025 provides an excellent platform to present our latest technologies and engage with worldwide partners,” said its Vice President of Global Market, Ke Miao in a statement.

Among the highlights is the upgraded E05 High-Speed Collaborative Robot, which offers up to a 50 per cent increase in operating speed through enhanced motors and control algorithms, enabling smoother and faster automated loading and unloading processes.

The E05-Pro cobot will also be featured, demonstrating Huayan Robotics’ expertise in force-controlled technology. Equipped with integrated end-force sensors, it allows smooth arm guidance with a drag force as low as five newtons, enhancing usability in welding, spraying and assembly applications.

In addition, Huayan Robotics will unveil the E10-Pro automated welding solution, featuring high precision, extended reach and intelligent control. Widely adopted in shipbuilding, structural steel fabrication, and bridge engineering, the system improves welding consistency and production efficiency.
