Binastra Wins RM188.53 Mln Mechanical Fit-out Contract For Data Centre

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract worth RM188.53 million from MYT DC3 Sdn Bhd for phase 2 of a mechanical and electrical fit-out for a proposed construction of a data centre project.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the construction and property developer said the contract involves a six-storey data centre and related works on Lot 115120, Jalan Teknololgi 2, Cyber 6, Cyberjaya, Mukim Dengkil, Selangor.

“The job is expected to be completed within four months from the commencement date.

“The contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the company, but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending Jan 31, 2026 and 2027,” it added.
