Olympian Mohd Azizulhasni Becomes Substantial Shareholder In Systech

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Digital technology company Systech Bhd today announced that Datuk Mohd Azizulhasni Awang has emerged as a substantial shareholder in the company.

In a statement, Systech said Mohd Azizulhasni, who is Malaysia’s Olympic cycling medallist, has acquired 34.69 million ordinary shares, representing 5.28 per cent of Systech’s total issued share capital through LMY Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Additionally, Aspiration Partners PLT in which Mohd Azizulhasni is one of the three founding members, has also become a substantial shareholder via indirect interest in the same block of shares.

"Separately, Mohd Azizulhasni holds a direct personal interest in 30,000 Systech shares.

"With the entry of Mohd Azizulhasni and the support of progressive stakeholders, the group remains focused on accelerating innovation, expanding its regional footprint, and creating long-term value for shareholders," the company said.
